We are seeking a Finance Manager with a high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment to join our Team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance, this position will facilitate program profitability and sustainability through the analysis of financial and business data.
This is an operational finance role which partners with the Executive Director to assist, support and advise on decisions to achieve on-going success.
The right candidate will have a broad base of knowledge outside of accounting, including management skills; decision-making skills that factor in financial, strategic and operational aspects; change management basics; as well, as solid professional communication, both written and verbal.
