  • Overview

    We are now hiring a 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional that will work at one of our on-campus group homes.  This group home houses female students ages 18-21.  The schedule is 40 hours a week and works off of a two-week pay period and will be 7 days on/7 days off.  Shifts will begin between 7pm-10:30pm and will end between 7am-9am.  This will involve working every other weekend.

    • Monitor students during the night-time hours
    • Address needs of students who may awaken in the night
    • Personal cares assistance if needed
    • Work proactively to build relationships and be a positive role model
    • Assist students with daily living skills and self-care management
    • Medication administration

    Wage & Benefit Information


    • $12.00/hour with a High School Diploma or equivalent
    • $12.50/hour with an Associate's Degree
    • $13.00/hour with a Bachelor's Degree
    • Additional $1/hour shift differential between the hours of 11pm-7am.

    • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Social Services fields preferred
    • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or genetic disorders a plus
    • 21 years of age or older
    • Understanding, tolerance and patience are a must!
    • Valid WI driver's license with an acceptable driving record meeting company standards is strongly preferred
    • Must be available for approximately one month of training that occurs during 1st and 2nd shift hours prior to settling into a consistent 3rd shift schedule
